Despite being less than two months underway in the 2025-26 season in Europe, a number of managers have already been relieved of their duties, with some of them having already found a new managerial job at another club. These managers include former Nottingham Forest (Premier League/EPL) manager Nuno Espírito Santo and former Fenerbahce (Turkish Süper Lig) manager José “The Special One” Mourinho. Both Santo and Mourinho have recently become the managers of EPL club West Ham United and Primeira Liga club SL Benfica, respectively.
That said, a lot of recently sacked managers remain free agents and undoubtedly have their “Open to Work” function activated on their LinkedIn profile.
